Not because they were poorly executed, but because they didn\u2019t evoke any clear emotion.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember66\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember66\">That often happens when we innovate from the \"what\" and not from the \"who for.\"<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember67\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember67\" class=\"translation-block\">Human-centered innovation changes the starting point: it doesn't first ask what tool to use, but <strong>what experience do we want to provoke<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember68\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember68\" class=\"translation-block\">For example, in the case of <strong>Tesla<\/strong>, much is said about technology, but what\u2019s truly interesting is that the updates that come over time not only improve the product, they create a very specific feeling: <em>this improves with me<\/em>, it enhances my safety, my comfort, my life.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember69\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember69\">It's not just a car you buy. It's the peace of mind knowing that your choice goes the distance with you. In this case, innovation isn't about surprising, it's about accompanying.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember70\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember70\" class=\"translation-block\">Something similar happens with <strong>Red Bull<\/strong>. The conversation rarely starts with the product; it starts with the lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember71\"><br><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember71\" class=\"translation-block\">Events, sports, music, content, communities. Red Bull innovated by creating an ecosystem where people don\u2019t just consume, they <strong>identify<\/strong> with it.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember72\"><br><\/p><p id=\"ember72\">The technology is there, but it's not the protagonist. The protagonist is the emotion: adrenaline, freedom, belonging.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember73\"><br><\/p><p id=\"ember73\" class=\"translation-block\">When a brand makes someone say <em>\"this is for people like me\"<\/em>, innovation becomes identity.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember74\"><br><\/p><p id=\"ember74\">For me, the lesson is simple and clear:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote><b>Innovation is not just about using new tools.
